Preparation: Mash the bananas, mix in the eggs, oats, cinnamon, and sweetener, if desired. Add the baking powder last, pour into a greased pan, and bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes. 🥕 CARROT CAKE WITH 70% CHOCOLATE FROSTING Cake ingredients: 2 medium chopped carrots; 3 eggs; 1/2 cup coconut oil or mild olive oil; 2 cups oat flour; 1/2 cup erythritol or xylitol; 1 tablespoon baking powder. Topping: 100g 70% cocoa chocolate; 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional). Preparation: Blend the carrots, eggs, and oil. Mix in the oat flour and sweetener, add the baking powder, and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Once cooled, cover with melted chocolate. 🍊 WHOLE WHEAT ORANGE CAKE Ingredients: 1 whole orange, seeded; 3 eggs; 1/2 cup mild olive oil; 1 cup whole wheat flour; 1 cup oats; natural sweetener (optional); 1 tablespoon baking powder. Preparation: Blend the orange, eggs, and olive oil. Mix in the whole wheat flour, oats, and sweetener, if desired. Add the yeast and bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes. 🍎 APPLE AND CINNAMON CAKE Ingredients: 2 large grated apples with peel; 3 eggs; 2 cups of oats; 1 tablespoon of cinnamon; 1/2 cup of raisins (optional); natural sweetener (optional); 1 tablespoon of yeast. Preparation: Mix the apples, eggs, oats, cinnamon, and raisins. Add sweetener only if desired, add the yeast, and bake at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes. 🥒 ZUCCHINI CAKE WITHOUT WHITE FLOUR Ingredients: 1 medium grated zucchini; 3 eggs; 2 cups of almond or oat flour; 1/2 cup of erythritol or xylitol; Zucchini Cake (Savory) Ingredients: 1 can of drained tuna; 3 eggs; 1 cup of rolled oats; 1 small chopped onion; 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley; 1 small chopped tomato (seeds removed); 1 teaspoon of baking powder; salt and seasonings to taste. Preparation: Mix all ingredients until a uniform dough is formed, add the baking powder and bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. Preparation: Remove excess water from the zucchini, mix all ingredients, add the baking powder last and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Tuna Cake (Savory) Ingredients: 1 can of drained tuna; 3 eggs; 1 cup of rolled oats; 1 small chopped onion; 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley; 1 small chopped tomato (seeds removed); 1 teaspoon of baking powder; salt and seasonings to taste. Preparation: Mix all ingredients until a uniform dough is formed, add the baking powder and bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. 🍠 Sweet Potato Cake with 70% Chocolate Frosting Cake ingredients: 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potato; 3 eggs; 1 cup oat flour; 1/2 cup erythritol or xylitol; 1 tablespoon baking powder. Frosting: 100g 70% cocoa chocolate; 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional). Preparation: Mix the sweet potato with the eggs, oat flour, and sweetener.
