Hitsujiyama Park's Shibazakura Hill is a representative spring spot in Chichibu, with over 400,000 moss phlox plants of 10 varieties planted on a site of approximately 17,600 square meters. The best time to see them is usually from mid-April to early May. The 2026 Shibazakura Festival will be held from April 3rd (Fri) to May 6th (Wed, substitute holiday).
