La juventud hiperconectada

Hyperconnected Youth Series: Access: Technology Fundamentals Recording Date: April 2, 2018 The snapshot of hyperconnected youth is surprising. In Spain, young people spend an average of 167 minutes online during the week and 215 minutes on weekends. Furthermore, 22% of teenagers report spending more than 6 hours a day online, a group the study refers to as "extreme users." They all find it difficult to disconnect; it unsettles them. 69% say they feel bad without the internet. But how can we transform this seemingly inevitable change into something positive? Integrating mobile devices into classrooms as a pedagogical tool is still an unfinished task, but young people must learn uses that enrich them as individuals—a path yet to be discovered.
