Mastering your golf swing with the Zen Board

I got this idea from Marcus bell on his YouTube channel " zen golf mechanic ". A must see channel with a very different approach to learning the game. Basically I combined two of the training aids he uses to create one modular aid that can be used as just a balance weight transfer board or a combination of a weight transfer board and rotational device. Check out ZEN golf for its full uses. Building the device is quite simple. -3/4 inch thick Plywood base 30 inches long by 12 inches wide. -2 , half inch thick plywood circles about 10.5 inches in diameter -dowel or baton to glue on underside. -2 lazy suzans from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07... -a few screws and wood glue. I screwed some short screw up from the underside aligned with the mounting holes on the lazy suzans and cut them off just bellow the height of the spinning plywood so I could just pop the turning bits on and off when I wanted to. This device will help you stay balanced and sequence your swing properly. The goal is to transfer pressure first in to the lead foot on the down swing before any rotational forces happen.
