Fugitive Challenge - Can you beat DRIV3R with everyone shooting you?

Like VG Myths, we will test several hypotheses in the missions of DRIV3R. For this first challenge, the question is: can you beat DRIV3R with fugitive mode activated? If this mode is generally reserved for a very small part of your gameplay, thanks to ‪@snoopiiii‬ Cheat Table we can use it anywhere at anytime so what better idea to test if the undercover mode can be beaten that way? Of course we can't use other cheats even tho' they will not help for Rooftops. The difficulty comes from the fact you have to drive a car without damaging it too much and you can't repair your car in DRIV3R. With everyone on the streets wanting to shoot you, it's near impossible to do that mission but hopefully there is a way that i will describe throughout the gameplay! Other hypotheses: can you beat DRIV3R without firing a single bullet? Can you beat DRIV3R without using the accelerator?
