Speed vs advertised: Download speeds were horrendously and often well below the advertised Mbps. Reliability: Frequent outages you can be without internet for half a day; connections may drop during Teams calls (keep your camera off) and streaming Netflix/Prime often struggles; I had to reboot the router multiple times daily. Support & returns: Customer service is poor; follow every troubleshooting step they ask, keep detailed call logs as evidence, and be aware replacement routers can be worse than the original. Verdict: Absolutely not recommendable.
