Here we see a tiny truck doing public litter bins in Yarra. This is a Isuzu with a small body on the back. I don't know what type of body this is. This truck was filled up in about 11 mins as it's a tiny truck. This truck has no packer so they have to tip the body every now and then as you can see in the video. The contractor is UMS - Urban Maintenance Systems.
