Charbone has retained Investment Publishing LLC, an arm’s length investor, to provide marketing services. Under the terms of the agreement, Investment Publishing LLC will receive a fee of $11,833 CA per month for a period of six months, commencing February 20, 2024. Either party may terminate the agreement by mutual consent. Mariusz Skonieczny is a shareholder of Charbone since February 2024. His shares were bought in the private placement which means they cannot be sold for 12 months due to lock up.
