Advocates Mathew Chaskalson Just Dropped Evidence That Will DAMAGE Julius Malema’s Political Career😳

The Madlanga Commission has heard evidence suggesting that tobacco executive Mohamed Sayed acted as an intermediary between EFF leader Julius Malema and Crime Intelligence boss Feroz Khan in obtaining confidential case information. Evidence leader Advocate Mathew Chaskalson told the Commission that Sayed forwarded another message from Malema to Khan, in which Malema requested information about the complainant in a specific case and provided the case number. According to the evidence, Khan responded by sending the case details as well as the complainant’s address. The complainant was identified as Anoosh Rooplal, the curator of VBS Mutual Bank. Chaskalson argued that the evidence indicates Malema sought the information because he had been implicated, rightly or wrongly, in alleged wrongdoing linked to the matter.
