It is one of the most important phrases in Islam and frequently recited by Muslims before performing daily activities and religious practices, including prayer. Name The literal meaning of Tasmiyah is to take a name and in the terminology of Sharia , to take the name of Allah. Its various words have been mentioned in the Hadiths.
