Cum tratăm alergiile severe? - De gardă pe SMURD

We were asked to see a lady who, after a treatment at the dentist and a recommendation for antibiotics at home, developed some reactions: her tongue and mouth tissues swelled, she became hoarse. This clearly points us to the diagnosis. The treatment is standard, the protocols are clear. In this case, the best solution was adrenaline. But know that it does not make you a SUPER-MAN. We are attentive to its adverse effects: tachycardia (increases heart rate), hypertension and in patients with heart problems in which it can even cause some rhythm disorders, myocardial infarction, etc. and not only. It is, however, very helpful in the case of anaphylaxis, i.e. severe allergic reaction. Did you know that you can administer it yourself? How? Watch the clip and find out. How did you like the video? I encourage you to leave a comment. Like and share if you liked it. See you next time!
