Hiiii you guys 🥹💌 Welcome back to my channel! I’m so glad you’re here again for another little vlog with me ♡ I spent a fun day out shopping with my cousin and niece. We picked up some jewelry, bags, shoes, and I even got a few night suits for myself 🛍️✨ After all that shopping, we stopped by my favorite dessert spot on Park Street, Lille, and had their chocolate mud pie. It is genuinely the best mud pie I’ve ever had and I would go back just for that 🤎🍫 One of my favorite parts of the day was taking my niece to a photo booth. We had so much fun taking pictures together and making memories 📸🤍 After that, we headed to Bombay Shivsagar for lunch and enjoyed some delicious vegetarian food before making our way back home. Once I got home, I started crocheting a bag and got so invested in it that I basically pulled an all-nighter finishing it 🧶😭 The next day was a complete recovery day. I slept through most of it, woke up in the evening, had uttapam for dinner, and then showed you guys a small H&M haul. I’m definitely keeping the first top, but I’m still undecided about the last two, so let me know what you think! 👀 Later that night, I was craving chocolate chip cookies, so I baked a batch from scratch, enjoyed them with a cup of coffee, and spent the rest of the evening reading a book ☕🍪📖 The following day was a lot slower and more productive. Recipe for the chocolate chip cookies (makes 4) Ingredients 38g unsalted butter, softened 17g granulated sugar (about 1 tbsp + 1 tsp) 33g brown sugar (about 2 tbsp + 2 tsp) 2 tsp milk, room temperature ⅓ tsp vanilla extract 47g all-purpose flour (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) A generous pinch of baking soda (about ⅛ tsp) A pinch of salt 30g chocolate chips (about 3 tbsp), plus extra for topping Method 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. 3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well. 4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold until just combined. 5. Stir in the chocolate chips. 6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into balls. Chill for 20–30 minutes. 7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft. 8. Top with extra chocolate chips while warm and let the cookies cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before enjoying. ✨ For extra gooey cookies: Don’t overbake!
