Hi, this week's video arrived a little late. It was more challenging than I expected to prepare, but we've got the equipment in place, so hopefully the next ones will be easier :) If you don't like mousse-like bakery cakes like I do, but want a cake that tastes like chocolate to the fullest, then you've come to the right video. I kept the visuals as simple as possible. If you have special cake-making equipment at home, you probably already know how to make it, but this one is more for amateurs :) The sound and light are a bit messy at times, because I shot it with the same settings both in the morning and evening, so I'll get them all done :) I'm looking forward to seeing the photos from those who try it.
