Can I Make $500 in Utah Using Gig Apps? (State 12)
State 12 of my 50 State Gig Work Challenge takes me to Utah! The goal is simple: earn $500 in a single 16-hour shift using Instacart, Spark, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. Before this shift even started, I honestly wasn't expecting much. With the summer slowdown, this market didn't seem very promising. But from the very first order, Utah started proving me wrong.
