देशभर में प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं और भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से केंद्र सरकार आज लोकसभा में पेपर लीक से जुड़े संशोधन विधेयक को पेश करने जा रही है। जानकारी के अनुसार, केंद्रीय मंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह सदन में यह विधेयक प्रस्तुत करेंगे। प्रस्तावित संशोधनों के तहत 2024 के मौजूदा कानून में कई महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव किए जाने की संभावना है, ताकि पेपर लीक, संगठित नकल और परीक्षा में होने वाली धोखाधड़ी पर प्रभावी रोक लगाई जा सके। सरकार का उद्देश्य परीक्षा प्रणाली को अधिक सुरक्षित, पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह बनाना है। प्रस्तावित संशोधनों में दोषियों के लिए सजा और आर्थिक जुर्माने को और अधिक सख्त किए जाने का प्रावधान शामिल हो सकता है। माना जा रहा है कि नए कानून से परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली एजेंसियों की जवाबदेही भी बढ़ेगी और जांच एजेंसियों को कार्रवाई के लिए अधिक स्पष्ट कानूनी आधार मिलेगा। With the aim of ensuring transparency in competitive examinations and recruitment processes across the country, the Central Government is set to introduce an amendment bill addressing paper leaks in the Lok Sabha today. According to reports, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh will present the bill in the House. The proposed amendments are expected to bring about significant changes to the existing 2024 law, aiming to effectively curb paper leaks, organized cheating, and examination fraud. The government's objective is to make the examination system more secure, transparent, and accountable. The proposed amendments may include provisions for stricter penalties and heavier financial fines for offenders.
