Add 2 tsp of paste to the peeled potatoes yoghurt - 1 tbsp +salt - as required Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp mix and coat the mixture well . In a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee. Add the marinated potatoes. fry well until it forms a thin crust. Add the remaining masala and roast well. Add ghee if needed. finish it with some curry leaves & A tbsp of ghee. serve with plain rice or ghee rice.
