DONAS DE PÁTANO CON CHOCOLATE ● Banana and Chocolate Donuts ● Chef Yolo ● La Sazón del Corazón

Ingredients: 1 Cup Wheat Flour ¼ Cup Cocoa 1 tsp. Baking Powder 3 or 4 Bananas 2 Eggs ¾ Cup brown Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla ¼ tsp. Salt For the cover: 1 Bar (5.3 Oz.) Of semisweet Chocolate 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil To decorate: Chocolate chips Chopped Nut Mini Chocolates Procedure: Preheat the oven to 355 °F. In a bowl, mash the bananas until they form a smooth puree. Add the moist ingredients such as eggs, then the sugar, vanilla and mix until integrated. Add the dry ingredients previously sifted through a sieve such as flour, then cocoa, baking powder, salt and finally mix. Place the mixture in a sleeve or plastic bag, pour the mixture into the molds and fill completely to the edge of the mold. Bake at 355 °F for 20 minutes. Remove the mini donuts from the oven and allow to cool completely. In a bowl place the chocolate in small pieces and melt in the microwave giving 10 in 10 seconds or until the chocolate is melted. Add the coconut oil also melted and mix until integrated. Dip the surface of the donuts in the chocolate, remove the excess chocolate and decorate with walnuts, chocolate chips, etc.
