INSANE 9KG Pasta Challenge Ft. Supercatkei! | Hawker Pasta Hidden Gem?!

In this video, I’m joined by my lovely guest Supercatkei, Denise as we check out Bronzo Pasta, an Italian pasta stall tucked inside Bukit Timah Wet Market & Food Centre (Interim). Even though it’s a hawker setting, they’re serving up proper Italian pastas. We tried their beef cheek ragu pasta, which was slow-cooked till fork-tender with a deep, rich sauce, and their carbonara made with guanciale, creamy, savoury, and done the traditional way without being overly heavy.
