EC175 NHV Flight Demonstration

First Oil & Gas customers receive sneak peek of the EC175 Eurocopter's EC175 experienced a special moment last week as it flew to Den Helder, Netherlands to meet Belgian oil & gas operator Noordzee Helikopters Vlaanderen (NHV), one of the first customers to receive this new aircraft next year. Performed with the first-series production EC175, this demonstration tour enabled pilots, support personnel and managers from NHV and Wintershall Noordzee B.V. — the energy company for which this new helicopter will be operated — to experience first-hand the outstanding flying capabilities of the new rotorcraft. The EC175's performance, advanced avionics, handling qualities and operational safety received rave reviews from the pilots, while passengers also appreciated the comfort and exceptional low sound and vibration levels.
