The first part of the edit shows Dean grieving, dwelling in regret, going over and over the words Cas had said. When Dean dies (we don't talk about that) and arrives in heaven, Cas is there to greet him. They talk each other out, and the last bit is them spending time in heaven with Jack, Bobby and the rest of their family, until Sam arrives.
