I Overpaid at Auction… JD 6310 & NH 316 + Spring Tillage Begins

We added a couple new pieces to the fleet… but I’m not sure my wife is going to be too happy about it. I ended up bringing home a New Holland 316 small square baler and a John Deere 6310 from the auction. Did I overpay? Maybe. But sometimes you just have to pull the trigger when the right equipment shows up. Back at the shop, the 6310 gets a full service with fresh fluids, filters, and a much-needed cleanup. After sitting through winter, it’s time to get everything ready for the season ahead. Then it’s go time — the John Deere 7410 comes out of hibernation and heads to the field for spring tillage as we start working the ground and prepping a seedbed for oats. New equipment, fresh dirt, and spring finally here. 👍 Subscribe for more real farm life, equipment, and the decisions that come with
