These commercials aired on FOX and KOFY in May of 1991 1. TV Spot for "Backdraft" (Commercials starting here aired on FOX on May 19th, 1991) 2. Isuzu Trooper and Rodeo 3. KTVU Family To Family PSA 4. Promo for "Top Of The Heap" (This was a failed spin-off of "Married...With Children" featuring Matt LeBlanc reprising the role of Vinnie that lasted for only 7 episodes. The episode that aired here was actually the final episode. In 1992 this show was spun-off as "Vinnie & Bobby", which also only lasted for 7 episodes. Basically, LeBlanc was playing characters similar to Joey from "Friends" years before that show, but with little success.
