(You can use the white from the gouache paint or use acrylic paint) I used a flat brush for the background, a size 6 round brush for the tree trunk, a fine-tipped brush for the branches, and for the foliage, I used two round brushes, one medium-sized, modified one that I use for foliage, and another smaller, thinner one. Regarding the modified brushes: I have two brushes that I wasn't using because the bristles were too spread out. They are old brushes. So I cut the bristles randomly and reserved them exclusively for painting foliage. One is a size 6 and the other is a size 2.
