My Completely Submerged Maserati: Can I Get It Titled?

This video has been a very long time coming. Over a year ago, I bought a 2014 Maserati Ghibli that was completely submerged in a Florida hurricane! When the transporter brought her to Oklahoma, the wheels wouldn't roll, the car wouldn't make a sound and the engine was full of water. Boy have things changed! In this video, I'll try to drive this "Miserabli" to the tag agent to get a title and license plate! Will we make it? Has all this work been a huge waste of time??
