ТЕРАКТ В МОСКВЕ ПРЕДОТВРАЩЁН ФСБ РОССИИ!

The Federal Security Service in Moscow has stopped the activities of a Russian citizen, born in 1996, involved in planning a terrorist attack on behalf of Ukrainian intelligence services. The perpetrator contacted a representative of the enemy intelligence services via Telegram and WhatsApp and expressed her willingness to participate in terrorist activities in exchange for assistance in moving to a permanent residence in a European Union country. Fulfilling her handler's instructions, she transited through Turkey and Moldova to Ukraine, where she received instructions on how to carry out terrorist attacks. Upon returning to Russia, on instructions from her handler, she retrieved an improvised explosive device from a hiding place on the outskirts of Samara and traveled to Moscow to carry out a terrorist attack against a security officer. While planting the IED under a car, the woman was detained by Russian FSB officers. The Investigative Service of the Federal Security Service (FSB) for Moscow and the Moscow Region has opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 3 of Article 205 (attempted terrorist attack), and Part 3 of Article 222.1 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, shipment, or carrying of explosive substances or explosive devices) of the Russian Criminal Code and has imposed pretrial detention as a preventive measure. Operational and investigative measures are being conducted to identify and locate the perpetrators of the crime, as well as to classify the perpetrator's actions under Article 275 (high treason) of the Russian Criminal Code, which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.
