"UEFA Champions League Anthem" by Tony Britten - P. Barton FEURICH piano

This well-known contemporary composition by Tony Britten came about as a commission for an anthem based on “Zadok the Priest” by G.F. Handel. Britten was requested to write a similarly uplifting work, based on Handel’s Anthem, written for the coronation of King George II in 1727, as a “theme” for the UEFA Champions League.
