Nonvisible broken file removal technique with MP files alone/マルテンサイト相ファイルのみを用いた見えない破折器具除去法

This video demonstrates removal of nonvisible broken files beyond a severe curve using T-mode of 812MT with sonics. 1. The preparation is made with S1 to F4 or #50/.04 martensitic-phased (MP) NiTi files using T-mode starting with 90-degree watch-winding motion at 100 rpm, follwed by 380-degree CW/50-degree CCW reciprocating motion at 150 rpm after passing the greatest curvature to bypass the broken file with sonics. 2. Broken file removal attempts are made in T-mode with a small size file like F1 or #20/.04 MP NiiTi file rotating CW at 50-100 rpm with sonics after coming through the broken file to let the broken file rotate CCW without stress. The file used for this purpose has to have a smaller taper so as to let the broken file rotate CCW. In the video, F1 was used first, but the taper of this file was too big to make BF rotate CCW. The #20/.04 MP NiTi file successfully made it come out rotating CCW. このビデオは強度湾曲根管の先に破折した見えない破折器具を除去するために812MTの音波振動とTモードを用いておこなった方法を示しています。 ① 破折器具の根管形成はTモードでマルテンサイト相のファイルS1からF4または#50/.04程度まで用いま。初めは90°の150 rpmでネジ巻き運動(SGP)させ最大湾曲度を超えたら380°CW/50°CCWの振り子運動で破折器具のバイパス形成をおこなう。 ① 除去はテーパーの少ない細いファイルを選択しTモードの二つ目をCW50~100 rpm程度にして破折器具を逆回転させるために幅に余裕のある細いファイルを使用。ビデオ内ではF1を使用したがテーパーがありすぎて完全に除去できず#20/.04では除去することができた。
