Death - The Last Word?
You are going to die. All of us will. Facing mortality is rarely fun, so it’s understandable that humans throughout time have tried to soften the reality of death. But the Bible is clear in its assertion that death is the enemy, constantly reminding us that the reality of death is a consequence of creation’s broken nature. Jesus’s incarnation and resurrection, however, reveal that death does not possess the last word. Reading the Images is a weekly series of videos from N.T. Wright Online which explores the common images that run throughout the Biblical narrative. Watch the Full Playlist Here: • Reading the Images You can continue learning with Prof. N.T.
