Doing FLOORWORK in belly dancing! - part 2

This is the second video in the Floorwork mini-series (watch the first part if you haven't done so in link below). In this tutorial, I explore various movements you can do when you are on your knees on the floor, before laying down horizontally. This is a reach, yet understated area of movement. Try it with me! Please warm up before practicing floorwork, which does require full body strength, flexibility, and healthy knees!
