Quickest VW Golf MK2 In The World - 8.26 @ 170mph BOBA Motoring

Boba Motoring in their awesome street legal Mk2 Golf were at Santa Pod Raceway for the VW Action Show. Driven by Boba Kettler this well known Mk2 Golf has 1240bhp from a 2l 16v engine, running a DSG Gearbox and Haladex Gen1 rear diff. He put in four fantastic 8 second runs, with a best of 8.267 @ 170.46, which Boba says this is the new VW DSG World Record. However I do not know of a quicker VW GOLf (at all) over the 1/4 mile.
