Ruffle Scarf

This fun and simple scarf will add flair to your wardrobe or make a wonderful gift for someone else. I used 600 yards of #2 weight yarn, and a 3.25mm crochet hook, but this versatile pattern can be completed with any weight of yarn and a corresponding hook.
