田植えが終わって、ひと安心…とはいきませんでした。【京都の山奥田舎暮らし】
I moved to a remote mountain village in Kyoto, where I renovate an old Japanese farmhouse (kominka), converted a barn into a bakery by DIY, and grow my own rice. Thank you for watching. The fairy shrimp (Hōnen-ebi, "good-harvest shrimp") have returned to the rice paddy again this year. In Japan, they are considered a lucky sign of a bountiful harvest. In response to comments asking for an update, this video is a look behind the scenes at work from May and June that usually doesn't make it into my videos. This is not a life someone prepared for me — it's the life I chose for myself. Next time, I'm planning to bring you a long-awaited video from the bakery ("Pan Koubou"). I hope to show some of the behind-the-scenes of bread making as well. Subscribing, liking, and supporting the channel with Hype would mean a lot to me. ※ "Hype" is YouTube's new fan-support feature. ✉ Contact / Business inquiries → [email protected] #田舎暮らし #美山 #京都 #田んぼ #ブルーベリー #古民家DIY #古民家 #ruraljapan #japanesefarmhouse About KENZDIY KYOTO In a remote area of Kyoto Prefecture with no train station, I document a nearly self-sufficient life: renovating an old farmhouse by DIY, growing rice, vegetables, and fruit trees, and trap hunting.
