Shawarma This is an Arab dish and it consist of meat like lamb, mutton,chicken, turkey or beef; that is cut thinly. Then stacked in a pita bread with vegetables. This is deliciously serve with garlic mayonnaise. The meat is usually roast in a slowly-turning rotisserie, but now many are re-creating the dish and they are cooking it in an oven or the simplest way in cooking it is by pan frying the meat.
