Today, Thursday, July 9th, we'll take you on a walk starting from the historic Al-Hamidiyah Souq, passing by the majestic Citadel of Damascus and the statue of Saladin. We'll continue our tour towards the Saddlers' Souq, steeped in history and leather goods, before finally arriving at our main destination: the Old Al-Hal Souq. We'll review the prices of fruits and vegetables (watermelon, tomatoes, cherries, and more) and observe the buying and selling activity in this authentic, traditional market, all the way to the Friday Market (also known as the Thieves' Market) under the Al-Thawra Bridge.
