A classic that even Silvio Santos loved! Pastry chef @zecafonsecaoficial teaches us how to make a delicious passion fruit mousse – simple, refreshing, and full of flavor! Who wants to make it at home? 👇 Recipe 1 – Passion Fruit Mousse (Silvio Santos's favorite) Ingredients: 400g heavy cream 300g sweetened condensed milk 200ml passion fruit juice Preparation: Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the heavy cream until well combined. Then, add the passion fruit juice and mix until incorporated. Place in a container and freeze for about 40 minutes. Recipe 2 – Passion Fruit Mousse Pie Ingredients – Base 100 g crushed cornstarch cookies 200 g heavy cream 200 g sweetened condensed milk Ingredients – Mousse 400 g heavy cream 300 g sweetened condensed milk 200 ml passion fruit juice Ingredients – Finishing (Ganache) 200 g melted chocolate 200 ml heavy cream 100 g sweetened condensed milk Preparation – Base Mix the crushed cookies with the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until a dough forms. Line the bottom of a pie tin and spread evenly. Preparation – Mousse Prepare as in the previous recipe and pour over the base. Refrigerate for about 40 minutes. Preparation – Finishing Mix the melted chocolate with the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until a ganache forms. Cover the pie and refrigerate again until firm.
