Day 2 | State advocate Cliff Lutibezi grills Otneel Shuudifonya over Fishrot payments

Fishrot accused Otneel Shuudifonya testified for bail on 12 November 2021. Shuudifonya, who is employed as a deputy director by the Otjozondjupa Regional Council, is among 10 individuals accused in the Fishrot corruption scandal. More than N$10,3 million was transferred to his company from the national fishing company Fishcor. The state said he was Fishcor chief Mike Nghipunya's business partner.
