After colliding with a pole, his ATV had already been to another shop, where it had been sitting for three weeks with no results. The customer was disappointed and had given up hope, but we accepted the challenge. When our driver delivered the ATV, the sight was depressing: a pile of mangled parts, a separated engine, severed wiring – it all looked more like scrap metal than a vehicle. But the AVER's GARAGE team never gives up! We enthusiastically took on the job. Having scheduled 5-6 days for restoration, we started with the most important thing – the frame. It was so deformed that it resembled a knot, and the control arm mounts were torn off. Our technicians restored the frame to its original geometry in a single day, painted it, and began straightening the suspension arms. At the same time, painstaking work was underway to restore the main wiring harness. Next, it was the engine and CVT, which was leaking everywhere. We adjusted the valves, installed aluminum valve covers, replaced the CVT repair kit and clutch, and repaired the threads on the engine drain plug. After installing the engine on the restored frame, our electrician connected all the wiring. It turned out that the stock electric power steering was beyond repair, so we decided to install a reliable Chinese replacement. The damaged plastic and headlights were also replaced with new ones. All bodywork was repainted, and the damaged APACHE BRP tracks were repaired. We added oil, serviced and bled the cooling system, and serviced the calipers. On the sixth day, the ATV was ready for its first start, and on the seventh, a fully restored, beautiful 2010 BRP Outlander 800R rolled out of AVER's GARAGE, ready for new adventures!
