Hi and welcome! This is our cover of *Chiquitita*, one of Abba's most iconic songs. *ABOUT THIS COVER:* This is my second favorite song by Abba, after The Winner Takes It All. We recorded vocals and a guitar as the foundation, and the Thomas went home and I added the rest of the instruments. It was really fun to record it. Pretty demanding to get the vocals right, but the rest was pretty easy. That is how it usually is for me. The foundation, to get the right feeling in the vocals is the hardest part. Adding more instruments after, usually is pretty easy in comparison. Hope you like it! I’m a self-taught musician and don’t play by sheet music, which makes me approach music in a more intuitive and personal way. I produce both my own songs and covers of songs I love, all from my home studio. After that, I add the other instruments, such as drums, bass, percussion, and recently, I’ve started playing the cello as well. My goal is always to preserve the "soul" of the original song, while at the same time adding my own personal touch to make it unique. In other words, I aim to keep what I love about the song.
