(The shop opened in January 2021.) This is the only place in Japan where you can taste and compare different domestically produced dry-cured hams! All hams are served freshly sliced ​​after ordering. The panino, which is generously filled with prosciutto and arugula, is an ultimate dish that embodies the owner's attention to detail.
