Knipex Cobra 87 01 125 Water Pump Pliers. These little things are great for me, I like the handle which has some texture to it. The size of these make them useful to me but also a size I can easily fit into my Maxpedition micro, which has my mini ratchets and bits in. Made in Germany by the folks at Knipex.
