Today I have a new recipe to make a dried jam of mango that makes by hand with my family. I pick up the mango from the mango tree on the farm. After I pick up I keep it 3 days to make the mango ripe. After it's ripe I sliced the mango to cook with jackfruit and coconut in two big pots.
