"Floonda" - Assembly of 3d-printed Freestyle-Glider

This is the Assemblyvideo of our brand new, free-to-print Project "Floonda". It´s an ultrabatic Glider inspired by the Open Source Design "Le Fish" for the most radical moves in slopegliding. It has a Wingspan of 1335mm and AUW is 460g. It must be printed with LW-PLA as regular Filament is much too heavy for this kind of plane. RCgroups Thread (find a Motormount here): https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt... STLs available here: https://3d-printz.at/produkt/floonda-... Gear I used: Wingservos: https://www.banggood.com/10X-3_7g-Mic... Rudder+Elevatorservos: https://www.banggood.com/6PCS-SG90-Mi... Pushrods: 2x Steelrod 0,8mm (in Bowdentube) for Elevator and Rudder (appr. 600mm) 2x 2mm Carbonrod (appr. 150mm) for Ailerons - optional: Balljoints for easy Removing of wings. Paint: I use some Standard Acrylicpaint, but you should always test on a scrap piece Hinging: for hinging the Ailerons i use this Stuff: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08J... - it is super adhesive and ultrastrong, use 3 Strips of it and you are fine. If you want a stronger Plane you can cover the whole wings with it - +100g, but rocksolid. COG: I fly it at 60mm behind leadingedge, but I think something like 58mm would be better for the maiden. The Wings are held in the Fuselage by 3 Pieces of Round Magnets 4*10mm - including the Canopy you need 7 of them. Throws: can there be too much throw on an aerobatic plane? Seriously: Ailerons and Rudder you can´t really choose too much, just make sure to add 40-50% or more Expo to the Aileroncontrolls. For Elevator get a throw of app. 2mm, but with 60% Expo or more. This Parameter also depends on CG so it´s hard to tell an exact amount.
