The first brew for 2021. Morgans Blue Mountain Lager split 2 ways, fermented at 15°; 1/2 with US-05 and 1/2 with W34/70. How will the warmer ferment under pressure effect the lager properties? 24 litre batch 1kg Light Dry Malt 580gm Dextrose 10gm Citra boiled 5 minutes.
