Drilling rigs had to penetrate 25 floors underground, creating boreholes 82 meters deep and 2 meters in diameter. The first 30 meters of the borehole are drilled using casing. This provides protection against soil collapse and water penetration. Specialists monitor the quality of the work using controlled video cameras. The next step is the gradual insertion of a reinforcing metal frame, consisting of several sections, into the borehole. As the frame sections are inserted, they are joined together. A channel for wires transmitting signals from pressure sensors and ultrasonic sensors placed along the entire length of the pile is embedded in the pile frame. These allow for the assessment of the pile's integrity and the settlement of the soil beneath the foundation. The borehole is then concreted. Concrete mix is ​​injected into the borehole through a concrete trellising pipe from below, preventing soil collapse. Once concreting is complete, the casing and concrete trellising pipes are removed from the borehole. The use of bored pile technology allows for work to be carried out without the loud noise typical of conventional piling rigs.
