Tasty Paneer Bhurji Recipe | Paneer Bhurji Restaurant Style | Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji | Paneer Bhurji Gravy Recipe | पनीर भुर्जी | Paneer Bhurji Recipe | Paneer Bhurji Gravy | Paneer Ki Sabji | Spice Swad Recipes Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) Paneer, roughly grated - 250 gms Cumin seeds -1 tsp Onions chopped-1 US cup (2 medium -around 140 gms) Ginger garlic paste-1.25 tsp Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Chopped green chillies- 3 Besan -1 tbsp Spice powders: Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder-1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder -1.5 tsp Coriander powder-1.25 tsp Cumin powder-3/4 tsp Kasuri methi-1 tbsp + at the end 1 tsp Garam Masala powder-1/4 tsp Other Ingredients: Tomatoes, chopped- 2 small (120 gms ) -1 US cup Capsicum (green bell pepper) chopped -75-80 gms (3/4 US cup) Curd/plain yogurt- 5 tbsp (120 ml) whisked and 3 tbsp water added to make it thin Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tbsp for garnish Oil-3 tbsp Butter -2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Preparation: Grate the block of paneer. To grate easily, keep the paneer in the freezer for an hour and then grate and keep in a plate in the fridge. Chop the onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Whisk 5 tbsp of curd/plain yogurt and then add around 3 tbsp of water to make it thin. Whisk again. Process: Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds Now add the chopped onions, fry on medium heat for 5 mins and then add the ginger garlic paste. Mix and fry for 2 mins. Now add the turmeric powder, besan and chopped green chillies, mix and cook on low heat for around 2-3 mins till the besan is roasted. Now add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum & 1/2 tsp salt. Mix and cook on low heat for around 2-3 mins till the tomatoes are soft. Add all the spice powders and give a mix. Mix and fry on low heat for another 2 mins. Now add the kasuri methi. Mix cook on low heat for around 2-3 mins till soft and switch off heat. Add the whisked liquidy curd/yogurt and mix and cook on low heat for 2 mins till combined Add the grated paneer, mix well and add the butter .Cook on low heat till combined.
