I Tried to Burn Every Calorie I Ate

We went off-grid to Pine Bush, NY with one goal: burn every single calorie we ate in a day. Simple in theory. Slight problem… breakfast. What started as a fun challenge turned into a full-blown uphill battle after we massively overshot our calories first thing in the morning. From there, it was a constant game of chasing the numbers—hiking, moving, sweating, and trying to keep up with what we had already eaten. In nature, we tested just how realistic (or unrealistic) it is to “cancel out” your food with activity and let’s just say… it doesn’t go the way you think. This video isn’t about perfection, it’s about finding out what actually happens when you try. And yes… breakfast really did us dirty.
