One of the reasons for moving from the city to the countryside was the desire to start my own farm and keep quail. We'd long dreamed of this, and now it's happening. Inexplicably, we'd always wanted to keep meat-type quail, specifically Texas Whites, but when we visited the breeder, my wife saw Pharaohs, and we decided to get some of that breed's eggs in addition to the broilers. In this video, we're incubating for the first time. The BLITZ 72 Norma incubator turned out to be very easy to use; it essentially does everything itself; just keep an eye on the water level in the tanks.
