Broken Banana - 1967 Dodge A100 Wheelstander Project Update, Build Plans, And More (Bonus Burnouts)
This is the Flying Banana. Everybody loves the Flying Banana - especially me. On today's episode, my entire plan was to explain that the transmission is totally dead and the entire rear half of the truck needs a major rethink. It turns out only one of those things is true. Either way, I'm going to take a close look at the Little Red Wagon which the Banana is loosely based on, then sketch up a suspension system that will hopefully make this thing a contender. Also, glorious exhaust noise, and some bonus tire smoke. Let's dig in.
