updating the Hans Egede statue in Copenhagen

Congratulations to 🇬🇱 Kalaallit Nunaat (Greenland) on the National Day June 21st. NORDTING takes the occasion to update the Hans Egede-statue outside of the Marble Church (Marmorkirken) in central Copenhagen, Denmark. As of this morning, the statue has a new information sign about the missionary and colonizer in Danish and English. The sign is made in laser engraved stainless steel, and is permanently installed. After updating statues in Harstad, Kabelvåg and Oslo (2024), Copenhagen is number four. The work continues.
