Do You Really Need Lithium to Power an Induction Hob?

In this video, I test whether my VW T6 Transporter camper conversion with a 120Ah AGM leisure battery and 2000 watt inverter can actually power an induction hob. The hob being tested is the Sterling Power IH1 and uses 1800watts maximum. I’ll run the hob, monitor power draw, and see how the AGM battery copes under load. The big question: is AGM good enough, or do I need to upgrade to lithium for a reliable induction cooking setup in the van?
